We’re all about commercial Volkswagens right now. We don’t know if it’s because of the recent launch of the new ID. Buzz and ID. Buzz Cargo or if it’s just down to all the cool vintage photos we have received lately but we’re really feeling the love for Volkswagen Commercials lately! We’d love to have a vintage Commercial VW as our ‘Beetle.ie Company Van’, sign written of course! It’s always nice to dream!
This 1956 Split Screen Pickup was bought new in 1956 by Galway Dairies. From the photo it looks like the main body of the Split is Ivory (L62) but we cannot make out the colour on the lower nose, possibly black but it would be nothing more than a guess.
