There’s not much to say about this Beetle really as this is the only part of it we could find. We’re assuming this 1972 Beetle has been scrapped but we always live in hope that it is being restored or perhaps it is sitting in storage, without its engine lid, for its day on the tarmac again! What we do know is that it UNI 522 was a 1300cc Beetle and that it was loved enough for an owner to buy a set of chrome effect engine lid vent trims.
