Info
This is David Powderly’s Late Bay Window Camper. David tells us that it came from the Aer Lingus terminal and that it is a 1973 model, but not registered in Limerick County until January 1980. It was used by Aer Lingus until 1986. We’d love to know more about it as these airline buses often had very easy lives, not registered as they were never intended for the road and had low mileage. 834 RIU was later converted into a camper and then restored it himself, personalising it with a colour change and wheel change. It’s a fantastic looking Bay Window and we wish David all the best with his camper that he has now owned for quite some time.
