“Bought in 2019 from Ray in Longford. He had owned it for a few years with plans to restore it but never got around to it. I believe the previous owner did the same. It was white and looking very sorry for herself. The lower 9 inches and floors were all shot but it was complete. Engine was running in a couple of hours. Had some friends help get it back functional in a few days to drive it to a show. Then spent that winter rebuilding her. I had hoped to remove the after market paint to find the original blue but turns out it had had some panels replaced in the past. So what was blue stayed blue and what was not stayed in bare metal. The entire car is anchor waxed and the bare metal is remaining rust free years later. The front is now on air and the rear just lowered but she sits just about as low as I can and still get it around rural Ireland.”
