This looks like a rather down and out Beetle but as we know very little background to the photo we can only speculate. For all we know, this may have been taken just before a restoration. What we do know is this Beetle was registered in Waterford in January 1976. It was a 1200 Beetle Deluxe that was assembled in Dublin in December 1975 and was finished in Lofoten Green (L61H)
