It may only be a chassis but it’s still being added to the census!
This chassis once formed part of an Irish built 1975 Beetle in Miami Blue.
Originally sold through Leacy Motors in Wexford it was given the Wexford reg in September 1975. We’re not sure of the history of this 1200 Beetle but when we saw the chassis it was for sale at Jumpstart 2013. Ironically, it was still taxed!
Did you buy it? Maybe the reg number lives on with a beach buggy body or another Beetle body on top.
