The 1951 Split Window Beetle is a Deluxe model and is finished in Black (L41). It was registered to its first owner in Sligo and at some point it had a roofrack fitted as well as the AA badge, both two very desirable accessories to have on your classic Beetle today but back then they were both nothing more than practical.
