This was a 1 owner car until acquired by its current owners in 2016. The original owner kept a very thorough history file of all work carried out on the car from day 1. Receipts have being kept on all mechanical and body work carried out and even the original purchase invoice is included.
Having covered 78000 miles to date, the car drives lovely and the interior seat covers look like they may have being fitted from new judging by the seat condition underneath.
The original idea of buying and restoring this car with a respray has now being forgotten by its current owners as the extensive history file tells the story of the mismatched colour windscreen pillar and the resprayed wings. The car was bought in the U.K. unseen, and to the owners surprise arrived here in Ireland in a lot better condition than expected thanks to its fastidious first owner of 42 years!
