Razor Edge Karmann Ghia and T34 Karmann Ghia

Eamon O’Grady grabbed these photos of this 1969 T34 Karmann Ghia, or Razor Edge as they are also known, while it was on display on the Bray seafront. The car was part of the vintage show held there every year.
The stunning lines of the T34 Ghia are only enhanced by the Bahia Red (L30E) paint on the body and the Black (L41) on the roof. I’m a huge fan of the sharp and unusual lines of the Razor Edge Ghia, a design that couldn’t be any further away from the basic design of the Beetle. This particular Ghia has not been modified or altered in any way so you get to see Ghia’s futuristic and bold 1960s design as it was intended.
