This modified 1977 Beetle was spotted at Martin Murray’s Eirespares VW Show in Monard, County Tipperary which was held in July 2019.
The Beetle has lost all of its chrome trim, bumpers, its bonnet handle and the driver and passenger side windows. The interior was stripped out and bucket seats, harnesses and a sports steering wheel are the only luxuries inside this Beetle.
It’s changed a lot since rolling off the production line as a Dakota Beige (L13A) 1200 Beetle back in 1977.
