Bought by a Cork enthusiast from John Moloney Motors in Limerick in the late 1980’s my 1972 Beetle went into storage for almost 20 years in Fermoy.
Around 2009 or so, after 20 years in the Cork warehouse this County Limerick registered Beetle was dragged out of hibernation and brought to Tipperary but was soon sold me and now lives in Kildare. I plan to restore this Beetle back to its original condition as and when time allows.
