I don’t think there’s any need to fill out the section about whether this has been scrapped or not because we assume it has. Now, it’s possible that it was used for a trike conversion.
The L41 black paint was still holding a good shine when I snapped this cut up Beetle that I found behind a garage in Ballyneety, County Limerick on April 27th 1991.
As a complete car this would have looked beautiful with the desirable black exterior and red interior combo, but this was far from a complete car!
