1300 Beetle Deluxe
Info
The great thing about old Beetles is that they can take any colour and still look good. Take this 1973 Beetle for example. It’s wearing a metallic colour and it pops just as much as a Beetle in a stock non metallic colour.
The 8 spoke rims are a nice contrast to the paint and overall stock appearance. The side view mirrors are not stock but are subtle enough for most of us to think they are but if you look for long enough you will see them. The only other deviation from stock is the fitment of highback seats in the front.
You might notice the number plate as it says it’s a 1303 Beetle which it obviously is not. There is also a 1303 badge fitted to the engine lid to add to even more confusion!
Beautiful looking Beetle all the same and a credit to its keeper.
