Thanks to the owner of this Beetle for submitting it to the Beetle.ie Census. He tells us that his Beetle is a Japanese import and is the more desirable 1303S model. The 1303S model features a higher ratio gearbox, disc brakes and of course, a 1600cc engine. I’m a sucker for a shiny black Beetle so this 1303S doesn’t disappoint.
