There really isn’t much I can add to these photos other than I took them while out Beetle hunting many moons ago. It was rusty and quite restorable then but it’s well and truly kippered by now!
Sadly for us VW enthusiasts, the days of finding parts cars or even restoration projects in fields and yards are long since gone, making images like this a thing of the past.
It was a 1974 Tipperary North registered 1200 Beetle Deluxe that was finished in Laguna Blue (L50C)
