1303 Beetle

From back in thr day when you would see old VWs out in the wild! This 1303 had seen some personalisation by its owner which included a repaint in what I think was a non VW colour. The fly windows were replaced with one piece glass, the chrome trim painted black along with the wheel rims and the door panels replaced with wooden versions.
The main photo and the shot of the interior were taken at the Beetles Reunion 1992 which was held at the Two Mile Inn, just outside the city. The final two shots were taken in a car park on the Ennis Road in Limerick I believe, sometime in early 1989.
The 1303 itself was registered in Waterford on July 8th 1976.
