I picked this Beetle up in a barn around Kanturk in 2005. This was a real barn find but I don’t have pictures. .
It belonged to a guy near Blackrock in Cork and I am the second owner. It currently sits on her restored chassis and the body awaits restoration while it is stored in my garage.
Beetle.ie: Thanks for submitting Dermot and best of luck with the restoration. From what we can see under the rear wing it looks like it was once Sumatra Green.
