Another submission from Darren O’Rourke in Martin Browne’s photo of this Beetle in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The 1200 Beetle Deluxe is in fantastic condition and is wearing some choice accessories such as the wheel trims and rear stone guards.
This Beetle was assembled in Dublin in July 1973, painted Senegal Red (L31A) and then it was off to Kerry to be sold. It was registered in Kerry in August 1973 and we believe it is still in the county and still on the road.
