1300S and Power Pack Beetle

This was my late uncle Michael’s 1300S Beetle.
Michael bought his 1300S Beetle new in mid April 1973 from Grange Motors in Dublin but held off registering it until May. The Power Pack Beetle was used sparingly but serviced regularly until the early 1980’s when he needed something bigger to take his hunting dogs around in so he bought a Renault 18 estate from the Guinness fleet.
My mother was offered the Beetle but turned it down as she was not in a position at the time to buy it so it was sold privately. At some point after the sale, the Beetle may have been stolen from the new owner but we do not know if that is the case or not.
The 1300S had only covered 50k miles in the 10+ years that my uncle owned it and there was no rust or damage to it so it would have been a shame to think it was stolen and potentially damaged after all the care my uncle gave it.
Many years ago my uncle gave me all of the paperwork relating to it including the full service history and the diagnostic stamps as well as receipts for parts over the years.
