A 1968 Beetle from Waterford as seen at Eirespares way back in 2009. It comes complete with one of the most desirable engines, according to VW mechanics of old, the 1500cc unit. A much better engine than even the slightly larger 1600cc motor.
This ’68 left the showroom in the UK with some nice options like heated rear window, VW logo mudflaps, pop-out side windows and of course, a steel sliding sunroof. All in all, the owner spec’d it out exceptionally well back in 1968 and the lucky Waterford owner is ever so happy they did!
