Back in the early 2000’s this Beetle was spotted outside a bodyshop in Ballysimon, Limerick. It was looking rough and I believe it was scrapped as the site was cleared but we live in hope it was saved by an enthusiast.
Although it was registered in Limerick back in 1977 it shows all the signs of being an earlier model so perhaps a 1971 model? Flat rear valance, petrol flap with internal release and crescent vents would lead me to that conclusion. Any ideas let us know.
