Bought from the late Stanley Williams in Limerick by myself in 1997. The engine was an unknown entity from the US. It had a lightened flywheel but without stripping it down I didn’t know what was in it. It was a very torquey, high revving motor. Was a rust free Ghia when I owned it. I sold it to my mate Stephen O’Brien in Kildare who held onto it until 2010 I believe when another friend in Limerick bought it. Currently undergoing a full body-off restoration.
It went from baby blue with a matching interior to a dark navy/purple with a revamped interior.
