Info

“Tintin” as it was christened by its then owner and restorer, Ronan Breen from Tramore, spent a large portion of its career as a taxi in Waterford City. When Ronan had completed the restoration and went to tax it for road use, he had to get the log book changed from “Public Service Vehicle” to “Vintage & Veteran”. The name Tintin came from the fact that it was a tin-top microbus as opposed to a pop-top camper. Ronan enjoyed using Tintin attending Type2Ireland events all over the country.
Ronan sold on Tintin around 2008 and it popped up again on Donedeal in 2016 but with an altered colour scheme. Basically all the parts Ronan had painted white, the new owner painted black!!
