This Monaghan reg Beetle was last seen in a warehouse and was awaiting restoration. The Beetle was sold so perhaps it is undergoing a restoration right now.
It featured an under dash shelf, a Kamei type front spoiler and flared fibreglass wings and a 3 spoke steering wheel. Someone really like HBI and wanted it to stand out from the crowd.
